About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our Process Excellence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation that simplifies complex product and technical information for customers, developers, and integration partners.

The role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other technical stakeholders to document product features, API references, SDKs, release notes, user guides, FAQs, and other supporting materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including API references, SDK documentation, developer guides, product manuals, FAQs, and release notes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and technical teams to understand product functionality and documentation requirements.
- Develop documentation for REST and SOAP APIs, web technologies, and software integrations.
- Create code samples, troubleshooting guides, and step-by-step instructions for developers and customers.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all documentation and communication channels.
- Review, edit, proofread, and update existing documentation as products evolve.
- Incorporate customer and developer feedback to improve documentation usability.
- Maintain documentation standards,



templates, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 24 years of experience in technical writing or technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of API documentation, particularly REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
- Experience creating SDK documentation, developer guides, API references, and integration documentation.
- Familiarity with web technologies and concepts such as JSON, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Ability to understand code samples in Java and JavaScript.
- Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with SaaS, software products, or developer-focused platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Confluence, Git, Markdown, or similar documentation tools.
- A technical background in computer science, software development, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience maintaining developer portals or knowledge bases is a plus.
