Key Responsibilities:

- Review RFPs/RFQs and customer requirements to design appropriate server configurations.

- Prepare and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) for server, storage, and networking solutions.

- Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure component compatibility and performance validation.

- Strong understanding of server and workstation hardware components (CPU, RAM, storage – SAS/SATA/NVMe, RAID controllers, NICs, GPUs, power supplies, and chassis types) with the ability to perform compatibility and performance validation.

- Support sales teams in technical presentations, solution positioning, and customer meetings.

- Conduct sizing, compatibility checks, and performance validation for proposed configurations.

- Work with product and procurement teams to select alternate or equivalent hardware components when needed.

- Document solution designs, configuration details, and validation reports.

- Stay updated with the latest server technologies (CPU, memory, storage,



NIC, accelerators, etc.) and vendor offerings.

- Provide pre-sales technical support during the bidding and proposal stage.

Required Skills

- Experience in server hardware pre-sales, solution design, or data center infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of x86 server architecture (Intel/AMD), RAID, storage interfaces (SAS/SATA/NVMe), and networking.

- Hands-on experience with BOM validation, solution sizing, and compatibility analysis.

- Familiarity with major OEM platforms.

- Positive understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and operating systems (Linux/Windows).

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and procurement teams.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
