Job Responsibilities:

Deliver theory and practical training in Electrical & Solar inverter systems.

Train candidates on wiring, installation, maintenance, and safety.

Conduct hands-on sessions, assessments,



and demonstrations.

Maintain training records and ensure safety compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems and renewable energy technologies.
- Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of solar systems.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, earthing, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and PPE usage.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and field visits.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel).

Salary: As per Experience

Educational Qualification

- B. Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
