We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Trainer who can train candidates in various programming languages and technologies while preparing them for real-world technical interviews and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1. Technical Training

- Train candidates in multiple programming languages and technologies, based on their background and learning requirements.
- Conduct training sessions in technologies such as:
- Java, Python, C#, and .NET
- JavaScript, React.js, Angular, and Node.js
- SQL, MySQL, and database concepts
- HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals
- Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
- DevOps, Git, Docker, and CI/CD fundamentals
- Data Analytics, Power BI, and related technologies
- Explain technical concepts through practical examples, coding exercises, assignments, and real-world scenarios.
- Assess candidates' existing knowledge and create suitable learning plans.
- Track candidate progress and provide constructive feedback.

1. Mock Technical Interviews

- Conduct regular mock technical interview rounds.
- Prepare candidates for technical screening, coding rounds, and technical discussions.
- Ask relevant technical questions based on the candidate's resume, skills, experience, and target role.
- Evaluate technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, communication, and confidence.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommend areas for improvement.

1. Resume Understanding Sessions

- Help candidates understand every technical skill, project, tool, and technology mentioned in their resumes.
- Ensure candidates can confidently explain their projects, responsibilities, technical contributions, and work experience.




- Identify gaps between the candidate's actual knowledge and the skills listed on the resume.
- Guide candidates on presenting their technical experience accurately and professionally.
- Conduct resume-based question-and-answer practice sessions.

1. (JD) Understanding Sessions

- Explain job descriptions (JDs) to candidates in simple and practical terms.
- Help candidates understand required technical skills, responsibilities, qualifications, and experience.
- Map candidate skills against job requirements and identify learning gaps.
- Prepare candidates for the technologies and concepts commonly assessed for specific positions.
- Conduct JD-based interview preparation sessions.

1. Candidate Interview Preparation

- Prepare candidates for recruiter screening, technical interviews, and client interviews.
- Conduct technical question-and-answer practice sessions based on specific job requirements.
- Guide candidates on explaining projects, handling technical questions, and communicating clearly.
- Help candidates understand the interview process and professional interview etiquette.
- Coordinate with recruitment and career advisory teams to align preparation with relevant job opportunities.

1. Training Management & Reporting

- Prepare training schedules, lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Maintain attendance records, training progress, assessment scores, and candidate feedback.
- Conduct periodic technical assessments and identify candidates who require additional support.
- Share daily or weekly training updates with the reporting manager.
- Collaborate with recruitment, career advisory, and sales teams to understand candidate requirements and upcoming interview needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages and software technologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to candidates with different experience levels.
- Practical understanding of software development, debugging, coding practices, and technical interview patterns.




- Experience conducting technical interviews, mock rounds, or structured training sessions.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare candidates based on resumes and specific job descriptions.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Developer, Technical Interviewer, or Technical Mentor.
- Exposure to US IT staffing, recruitment, or client interview preparation.
- Familiarity with commonly requested US IT skills and job descriptions.
- Experience preparing freshers, experienced professionals, and career-transition candidates for technical interviews.
- Ability to train candidates across multiple technology domains, with deeper expertise in at least one core technology.

Performance Expectations The Technical Trainer will be expected to:
- Deliver structured and effective technical training sessions.
- Improve candidates' technical understanding and interview readiness.
- Conduct regular mock interviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure candidates understand the technical skills and projects listed on their resumes.
- Prepare candidates according to specific job descriptions and interview requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and communicate progress to management.
