Job Summary

Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya is seeking a technically proficient and experienced Technical Trainer to prepare students, particularly those pursuing Computer Science and related disciplines, for technical assessments and recruitment processes. The candidate will deliver practical, industry-oriented training in programming, data structures, algorithms, and core computer science concepts to improve students technical competency and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python, depending on student requirements and industry demand.

- Train students in data structures and algorithms, including arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, sorting, searching, and algorithmic problem-solving.

- Teach object-oriented programming concepts, debugging techniques, coding practices, and complexity analysis.

- Strengthen students understanding of core computer science subjects such as DBMS, SQL, operating systems, computer networks, and software engineering.

- Prepare students for online coding assessments, technical screening rounds, and programming interviews.

- Conduct coding exercises, live problem-solving sessions, mock technical interviews, and timed programming tests.

- Introduce students to competitive programming concepts and common coding problem patterns relevant to campus recruitment.

- Develop technical training material, assignments, coding exercises, and assessment modules.

- Evaluate coding proficiency, identify skill gaps, and provide individual or group feedback.





- Keep training content aligned with current industry expectations and entry-level technical hiring requirements.

- Coordinate with faculty members and the Training and Placement Cell to align training with placement schedules and recruiter needs.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong programming and problem-solving skills in at least one mainstream language, such as C++, Java, or Python.

- Sound knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and core computer science fundamentals.

- Ability to teach coding concepts through practical demonstrations and structured exercises.

- Familiarity with online coding platforms and technical assessment formats.

- Robust analytical thinking, communication, and classroom facilitation skills.

- Ability to mentor students with varying levels of technical proficiency.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.

- Relevant experience in technical training, software development, programming instruction, or placement preparation is preferred.

- Prior experience training engineering or computer science students for technical campus recruitment will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile A technically strong and student-focused trainer who can translate computer science concepts into practical coding skills and prepare students for technical assessments, coding interviews, and entry-level software development opportunities.
