We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality customer assistance, product guidance, and technical issue resolution. The ideal candidate must have a solid foundation in electrical and electronics domains, solid analytical skills, and willingness to travel across India for on-site support and installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver timely technical resolutions.

- Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting, and assist with product installation, setup, and configuration.

- Travel Pan-India as needed for on-site technical assistance, system commissioning, and client meetings.

- Explain product features, specifications, and applications clearly to clients.

- Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new electrical, electronic, and IT solutions.





Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related fields) or BCA.

- Experience: Freshers with strong technical fundamentals or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant technical support experience.

- Mobility: Willingness to travel Pan-India as per operational requirements.

- Sound understanding of electrical, electronic, or IT systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
