Job Summary

Create, verify, and manage new user accounts with accuracy.

Perform data entry, data validation, sorting, and filtering of records.

Maintain and update databases while ensuring data integrity.

Handle customer calls and provide technical support for platform-related issues.

Respond to customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Troubleshoot application-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Coordinate with the IT team to identify, report, and resolve technical problems.

Monitor reported issues from both customer and internal teams until closure.

Assist users in understanding and navigating the education platform.





Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Required Skills Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, and simple formulas).

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle technical support calls professionally.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially the IT team.

Basic understanding of education platform workflows or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
