Job Title: Technical Sales Officer

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Territory: Mumbai, Pune and surrounding regions

Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Industry: Construction Chemicals / Precast / EPC

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers, including precast manufacturers, EPC contractors, builders and infrastructure developers.
- Generate leads and develop a pipeline of upcoming projects through site visits, tender tracking and industry networking.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, architects, purchase teams and project engineers.
- Promote and obtain approvals for company products through technical presentations, product demonstrations and site trials.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales.
- Develop existing accounts through cross-selling, regular customer engagement and repeat business.
- Provide on-site technical support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, including revenue, margins and collections.
- Maintain sales reports, customer information, project pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market trends and new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or project sales in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
- Existing network among precast manufacturers, EPC contractors, builders or consultants in Mumbai and Pune.
- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- A valid driving licence and own two-wheeler or four-wheeler are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in construction chemicals such as concrete admixtures, waterproofing, repair mortars, grouts, sealants or coatings.
- Experience in specification-based selling to consultants and architects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting
