Were looking for a Technical Sales Lead - Paper Solutions who can combine strong pulp and paper industry expertise with consultative selling, technical problem-solving, and a customer-first approach to drive profitable growth and build lasting customer relationships.

What You Lead

- Drive Market Growth: Build and convert a robust sales pipeline across paper mills, converters, packaging companies, printers, and end users.

- Deliver Technical Solutions: Understand customer requirements and recommend the right paper grades, applications, and product solutions.

- Enable Customer Success: Lead product trials, technical evaluations, and performance reviews to ensure successful application and customer acceptance.

- Own Problem Resolution: Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and application concerns, ensuring timely closure and customer confidence.

- Grow Strategic Accounts: Strengthen key customer relationships, unlock new business opportunities, and drive repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.

- Champion Cross-Functional Excellence: Partner with Production, Quality, RD, Logistics, and Finance to deliver on customer commitments.

- Translate Insights into Action: Track market trends, competitor intelligence, sales forecasts, and customer insights to support informed business decisions.

What You Bring

- A Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Paper Technology, Pulp and Paper Technology, or a related discipline.

- 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, application support, or after-sales service within the pulp and paper industry.

- Strong understanding of paper grades, manufacturing processes, end-use applications, and quality parameters.

- Demonstrated capabilities in consultative selling, technical problem-solving, negotiation, and key account management.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
