Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Recruiter role based in Noida.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for engineering, product, data, and related positions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking.

The Technical





Recruiter will conduct detailed technical and behavioral assessments, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with internal stakeholders on hiring plans, providing market intelligence, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technology talent.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Prior experience recruiting for technology roles in product companies, startups, or GCCs is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialized training or certification in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
