We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Technical Recruiter specializing in Semiconductor, Hardware, Electronics, and Engineering recruitment to join our team in Hyderabad.

What you’ll work on

- Semiconductor, ASIC/SoC, VLSI & Physical Design
- Hardware & Embedded Engineering
- Automotive, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and other niche technical roles
- LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, & Boolean sourcing
- Technical resume screening & candidate assessment
- Candidate submissions with concise, JD-aligned summaries
- Interview coordination, follow-ups & offer management

What we’re looking for





- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory in Engineering, Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of Technical Recruiting experience
- Semiconductor/Hardware/Engineering recruiting experience preferred
- Strong Dice, Monster & Boolean search skills
- Ability to understand technical JDs and evaluate resumes
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills
- US staffing/recruiting experience is a strong plus
- Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad and support US Pacific Time hours
