Technical Recruiter (Product Hiring) — Remote
We’re looking for a high-agency Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building exceptional teams for product-based companies.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership end-to-end — from understanding hiring needs to closing top talent and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and product hiring
- Partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams
- Hire across Engineering, Product, Data, Design, and leadership roles
- Build strong talent pipelines for product-based startups and tech companies
- Drive stakeholder and client management independently
- Use AI tools and modern sourcing techniques to improve recruiter productivity and candidate quality
- Create innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
- Manage multiple roles and priorities with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Experience hiring for product-based companies/startups
- Strong understanding of technical hiring and engineering roles
- Proven ability to independently manage clients and hiring mandates
- Someone highly ownership-driven, proactive, and resourceful
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and leverage AI tools effectively in recruiting workflows
- Experience working in fast-growing startup environments is a big plus
