Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Lead who can manage both technical development and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on software development experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage development teams, client communication, project timelines, and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development team and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in coding, code reviews, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, task allocation, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business and clients.
- Use AI tools to improve development productivity, problem-solving analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure code quality, application performance, scalability, and adherence to development standards.
- Identify technical risks, resolve project bottlenecks, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management, and project management workflows.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development,



with the ability to handle both technical leadership and project management responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience in software development, system design, debugging, and code reviews.
- Experience leading development teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Valuable understanding of databases, APIs, application architecture, and version control systems.
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, project priorities, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Good understanding of AI tools and their practical applications in software development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an IT services-based company.
- Experience handling multiple projects and coordinating directly with clients.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team management and project delivery.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can lead the team technically, Lead and guide the development team, communicate effectively with clients, and take complete ownership of project delivery from planning to deployment.

Pay: ₹577,000.00 - ₹1,060,000.00 per year
