Hiring: Technical Project Manager – Analytics & Insights

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Analytics & Insights team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and coordinate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver analytics platforms, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of analytics, technology, project management methodologies, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive project execution and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of analytics and technology projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) with business teams and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with analysts and engineers.
- Coordinate with technical teams working on APIs, databases, AI systems, and data pipelines.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the development and delivery of dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics solutions.
- Define and standardize KPIs, reporting structures, and project success metrics.
- Track user adoption,



transaction growth, and user behavior, and present progress reports to leadership.
- Drive change management, stakeholder communication, and user adoption through training sessions and workshops.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of overall professional experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on project/program management experience.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science with an MBA, or M.Tech with project management experience. Candidates with relevant analytics management experience may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, AI systems, and data pipelines.
- Experience managing data-driven products, analytics platforms, or reporting projects from planning through delivery.
- Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and project execution frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, Zoho Projects, or similar platforms.
- Excellent business analysis, documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
