About Mindseekers

MINDSEEKERS Technologies is looking for a technically strong, passionate, and responsible professional with excellent Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring students, delivering technical training, managing technical operations, and representing the company at webinars, workshops, and college events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Training & Student Mentorship

- Conduct live classes and mentor students in various CSE domains.
- Explain complex technical concepts through practical examples and hands-on projects.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, projects, and technical assessments.
- Monitor student progress and resolve technical doubts.
- Maintain the quality and consistency of training sessions.

2. Technical Knowledge & Development

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), programming, and core Computer Science subjects.
- Teach and guide students in Python, Java, C++, Web Development, and other relevant technical domains.
- Have working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and emerging technologies.
- Support technical projects, internal tools, learning platforms, and other company technology requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend practical solutions.

3. Technical Operations & Management

- Manage and coordinate the technical training activities of the organisation.
- Support the development and maintenance of technical systems, websites, dashboards, and learning platforms.
- Coordinate with trainers, team leaders, interns, and other departments for smooth technical operations.
- Maintain technical documentation, course updates, and training schedules.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements in technical delivery.

4. Webinars,



Workshops & College Engagement

- Conduct technical webinars, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures at colleges whenever required.
- Represent Mindseekers professionally during academic and industry interactions.
- Develop engaging presentations on current and emerging technical topics.
- Participate in college visits, technical events, and student engagement activities.
- Help build technical collaborations and strengthen the company's academic presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent practical expertise may also be considered.
- Strong fundamentals in programming, DSA, OOP, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages, preferably Python, Java, or C++.
- Practical project experience and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently conduct classes, webinars, and technical workshops.
- Solid ownership, leadership, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to colleges for technical sessions when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Developer, Teaching Assistant, Technical Lead, or Mentor.
- Experience delivering technical workshops or college webinars.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Data Science, Web Development, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Computing.
- Experience managing a technical team or coordinating multiple training programs.

The ideal candidate should be confident enough to handle a classroom, solve practical technical problems, coordinate technical operations, and represent the organisation in front of college students and faculty.
