Should have experience as a Technical Manager in Micro Housing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property valuations, market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Evaluate residential projects, monitor construction progress, and manage technical approvals.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, valuation agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Review project compliance, property documentation, and technical due diligence.
- Identify market trends, high-risk properties, and support portfolio quality management.
- Develop and implement technical policies, fraud control measures, and property databases.
- Manage vendors, conduct property audits, spot checks, and ensure adherence to TATs.
- Prepare valuation, feasibility, project monitoring, and market survey reports.
- Train and mentor technical teams while coordinating closely with legal, credit, and collections functions.
- Analyze developer, project, property, and market risks to support lending decisions and portfolio growth.
