Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects and a strong proficiency in Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and process improvement within project workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.




- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
