Job Summary Bayer AG is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / Azure DevOps Consultant to take over an ongoing Commercial process support engagement from a CapG team (2 consultants) whose contract ends December 2026. HCL will replace this with 1 consultant starting 1st January 2027, based anywhere in India. The role covers Azure DevOps administration, Microsoft Power Automate flow maintenance, and Microsoft Forms management - all supporting Bayer's internal Commercial processes.

The candidate must be self-sufficient and capable of managing these tools with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Azure DevOps (ADO) Administration
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, access, security groups, licenses, permissions, and audits.
- Create and configure Azure DevOps projects, sprints, administrator roles, repositories, and branch security.
- Maintain work item types, custom fields, workflows, states, process templates, boards, and backlogs.
- Handle incidents, service requests, access issues, and other Azure DevOps administration support.

- Microsoft Forms

- Build, update, and manage forms used within Commercial processes.
- Ensure forms are aligned with evolving business requirements.




- Monitor form responses and support data extraction needs.

- Microsoft Power Automate

- Maintain and modify existing automated workflows supporting Commercial processes.
- Troubleshoot flow failures and implement fixes in a timely manner.
- Support the creation of new flows as process needs evolve.
- Manage connections, triggers, and approvals within the Power Automate environment.

Skill RequirementsMust Have

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and MS Forms.
- Solid Azure DevOps administration experience - user management, projects, boards, repos, pipelines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment.
- Ability to work independently on maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
- Positive documentation and communication skills in English.

Good to Have

- Experience supporting Commercial, Finance, or Operational business processes.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and M365 admin centre.
- Basic understanding of Power BI or reporting tools.
- ITIL or service management awareness.
