We are hiring an experienced Technical Lead Full Stack for our client, ASTRAPIA Consulting LLP, for a US-client-facing role based in Noida.

The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in .NET/C#, React.js, and Python, along with technical leadership, solution design, and client interaction experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-stack application development using .NET/C#, React.js, and Python.
- Design and develop scalable applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure coding standards.
- Drive technical design, architecture, performance, and application quality.
- Mentor developers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Interact directly with US clients and stakeholders.
- Work in an Agile development environment.

- Comfortable with US client interaction and overlapping US business hours.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in discussing technical requirements and solutions directly with US client stakeholders.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and participate in client meetings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to accommodate reasonable overlapping working hours with the US client, as required by the project.
