1. Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, Good Engineering Practices (GEP), and all applicable statutory laws, rules, and regulations.

- Carry out operation and maintenance activities related to Bore Well, RO, MCDP, PW, WFI, PSG, and supporting utility systems.
- Monitor and maintain records of water consumption, steam generation, and distribution systems, and coordinate with internal engineering, production teams, and external contractors to ensure effective and timely operations.
- Report critical operational issues to higher authorities and provide regular updates on corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure the development, implementation, and adherence to procedures related to the operation and maintenance of water systems.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and intimate concerned personnel well in advance to enable timely procurement.
- Prepare, implement,



and maintain all cGMP documentation and related records as per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure minimization of power consumption without affecting production schedules, and work in close coordination with cross-functional departments for smooth operation of water systems 9. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and record data in defined checklists, planners, and operation logbooks as per approved SOPs.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance of cGMP practices within the plant.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management as per job requirements.
- Maintain and promote safety practices during plant operation and maintenance activities.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the reporting manager within defined timelines.
