Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Customer queries related to technical issue over calls.

-Troubleshoot internet, network and connectivity problem LOCATION : Mumbai ( Malad )

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate Fresher can apply

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)
- Candidates with 0-12 months of international Technical voice process experience are welcome

Compensation: - Fresher - Salary upto 2.9 LPA

-* Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.2 LPA (depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)

Shift Requirements:

- Uk shift - 12.30pm - 2.30 am ( any 9.5 hrs )

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
