Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead / AI Orchestrator with 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in OutSystems development, to lead the technical delivery of enterprise Onboarding & Access applications.

The candidate must have solid expertise in OutSystems O11/ODC, IAM, RBAC, application architecture, and agentic AI-assisted development. The role involves directing AI coding agents, reviewing AI-generated deliverables, enforcing security and architecture standards, and leading engineers through production delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and development of Onboarding & Access solutions using OutSystems O11/ODC.
- Design secure onboarding workflows, delegated administration, user provisioning, and role-based permission models.
- Implement server-side RBAC enforcement and integrations with SSO / Azure AD.
- Translate technical specifications into executable tasks for AI coding agents and developers.
- Direct AI coding agents using approved tools and structured prompts.
- Review all AI-generated code, tests, and documentation before merging.
- Enforce OutSystems 4-Layer Canvas architecture, security, performance, and coding standards.
- Develop and review REST/SOAP integrations and event-driven workflows.
- Coordinate technical dependencies with architecture, integration, workflow, and document AI teams.
- Optimize SQL queries, aggregates, and application performance.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using OutSystems LifeTime and Azure DevOps, as applicable.
- Lead defect investigation, root-cause analysis,



technical debt reduction, and production support.
- Mentor engineers in AI-assisted development and secure coding practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on OutSystems development
- Strong experience with OutSystems 11 / ODC
- Proven technical leadership and application architecture experience
- 1.5+ years of hands-on AI-assisted development using agentic coding tools
- Experience directing AI agents beyond basic chat or autocomplete
- Experience delivering AI-assisted code to production
- OutSystems 4-Layer Canvas architecture
- IAM, RBAC, user provisioning, onboarding, and delegated administration
- REST/SOAP integrations and identity-provider integration
- OWASP security principles, access controls, and data protection
- SQL, aggregates, and performance optimization
- CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and production deployment
- Strong technical troubleshooting and stakeholder communication

Preferred Skills

- OutSystems Tech Lead / Architecture Specialist certification.
- OutSystems Mentor or AI Agent Builder.
- Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent approved agentic coding tools.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for OutSystems.
- Multi-agency or multi-tenant application development.
- Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and SSO.
- Architecture Dashboard and automated quality checks.
