Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Team Member – FMCG to manage the day-to-day operations of the FMCG department, ensure proper product availability, maintain store standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and replenish products on shelves as per store standards.

- Check product expiry dates, batch numbers, and packaging conditions regularly.

- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and labelling.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the Department Manager about replenishment requirements.

- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organisation of the department.

- Help customers with product-related queries and provide suitable recommendations.





- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and ensure proper stock rotation.

- Support stock counting and inventory management activities.

- Coordinate with the billing team and other departments whenever required.

- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Previous experience in retail or FMCG is preferred.

- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
