Role

Team Member – Centre Mobilization, Tata STRIVE

Objective

To ensure being part of the team which will set up the initiative from the beginning. This would involve the development of partners for effective mobilization and placement support to all the partners.

Key Responsibilities

Mobilization Support:

● Study & identify the best practices of mobilization across the skilling industry

● Cascade the best practices across all the partners

● Create benchmarks for batch size, batch to batch gap and work on improving the same

Placement Support:

● Build partnerships with employers within and outside the Tata group

● Demand creation by effective way of identifying vocational opportunities both for employment and entrepreneurship

● Build an industry network for all the partner centers





● Conduct job fairs to involve the maximum number of stakeholders

● Monitor and improve the placement percentage of all partners

● Feedback on the quality of candidates (Alumni/students) who attended interviews to be collated and shared with all relevant functions within STRIVE

Essential Skills

● Experience in business development

● Ability to partner with various group companies, institutions, and govt. bodies to bench-mark and convert them to world-class processes in mobilization and placement support

● A self-starter with the ability and drive to build the initiative

● Knowledge of demography/industry/business opportunities

● Drive for results

● Very good networking skills

● Local language preferred

● Valuable Communication Skills (English / Hindi/local language)

Desired Experience (years)

● 2-3 years ( Out of which Min. 1 year of work exp. in the skilling industry, particularly in mobilization, placement, and corporate networking)
