Deputy Manager / Manager Finance Accounts (FA)

Function: Finance | Experience: 2 years | Location: Plant / CorporateOffice Vasind

Role Objective

Enable business support the leadershipthrough strong financial analysis, and decision support by delivering accurateforecasts on varied areas, insightful MIS, and actionable variance analysisaligned to Business Plan (ABP/MBP). Focus on Large Capex projects ROIs Payback with cost escalations if any

Key Accountabilities

- Support the CFO with budgeting, rolling forecasts, and longrange plans in alignment with business strategy

- Prepare management dashboards with transparent variance analysis vs Budget / Forecast / MBP

- Analyzing key drivers impacting revenue, margins, costs, working capital, and ROCE for Monthly COCs and Exe committee meetings

- Support on Board presentations and decks along with ACM agenda

- Support capex evaluations, project appraisals, and business cases through robust financial modeling across all COE projects

- Provide decisionoriented insights and concise commentary to senior management

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance standards, and reporting timelines

- Working capital Payables forecasting

- Focus on use of AI tools for forecasting and analytics

Key Skills Capabilities





- Strong expertise in FPA, financial modeling, and variance analysis

- Ability to convert data into clear business insights and recommendations

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- High attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach

- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP / BI tools (SAP, Power BI, Copilot) preferred

Qualifications

- CA / MBA (Finance) from IIM only

- Experience in manufacturing / metals / large corporate environment preferred
