Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management.

- Supervise warehouse associates and allocate manpower according to operational requirements and shift schedules.

- Monitor order fulfilment, productivity, picking accuracy, and dispatch TAT to achieve daily targets.

- Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order processing.

- Track team performance and prepare daily operational reports and KPI updates.

- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, quality standards, and housekeeping practices.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.

- Manage shift handovers and ensure continuity of warehouse activities.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate in any discipline; a diploma in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

- 2 - 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in Quick Commerce or E-commerce.

- Prior experience handling a team of warehouse associates in a team leader, shift in-charge, or warehouse supervisor role.

- Hands-on experience in inbound and outbound operations, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.

- Experience working in high-volume fulfilment centres, dark stores, or distribution centres is preferred.

- Positive knowledge of warehouse KPIs, manpower planning, productivity tracking, and stock accuracy.

- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills and reporting capabilities.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and manage fast-paced warehouse operations.
