The Team

Leader will be responsible for team productivity, performance monitoring, employee development, and day-to-day operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve assigned targets. Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work.

Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs. Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback. Coach and train team members to improve their skills and productivity. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Handle team-related issues and resolve conflicts professionally. Maintain quality and compliance standards. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain team discipline, attendance, and work schedules.

Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate degree in any relevant field. 2–5 years of relevant experience , preferably with prior team-handling responsibility.

Experience in sales, operations, customer service, or a related field will be an advantage.
