About the Role

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving results while ensuring sales & compliance?

We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager & Team Leader with 5+ years of proven managerial & Team handling experience in domains like BFSI/NBFC, B2C sales, or B2B sales (not retail/showroom).

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive revenue through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and client agreements.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.

? What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader, with proven team-handling experience.
- Experience in NBFC, BFSI services,



B2B sales, or B2C sales (non-retail).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, target achievement, and compliance.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive consistent results.

⭐ Added Advantage: Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi.
