Popular Hyundai is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Finance (TL Finance) to join our team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in automobile dealership finance operations, strong leadership abilities, and excellent coordination skills with banks, financial institutions, and internal sales teams.

Prior experience in the automobile industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the dealership finance team to achieve finance and loan disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions for vehicle financing.
- Support the sales team in providing suitable vehicle financing solutions to customers.
- Monitor finance penetration, loan approvals, disbursements, and overall team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and finance partners.
- Ensure timely processing of vehicle loan applications and required documentation.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly finance performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Resolve customer queries and issues related to vehicle financing.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve business targets.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory experience in automobile dealership finance operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Previous experience in vehicle financing, dealership finance, or automobile loan processing.
- Experience in team handling or finance operations leadership preferred.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle loan procedures, banking coordination, and finance documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
