Team Leader Credit Control (Voice) Finance & Business Services Noida 7+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Credit Control (Voice) to lead collections operations and drive timely recovery of outstanding B2B invoices. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in credit control, voice-based collections, accounts receivable, and dispute resolution, along with proven people-management skills. This role offers an chance to drive collection performance, improve cash flow, and strengthen customer relationships in an international business environment.

Responsibilities

1. Leading a team of credit control associates and monitoring daily collection performance against defined targets.
2. Managing outbound collection calls to recover overdue B2B invoices and secure timely payment commitments.
3. Monitoring aged receivables, outstanding balances, and collection reports to identify recovery priorities.
4. Resolving payment disputes, billing discrepancies, and customer escalations to accelerate collections.
5. Tracking collection KPIs, promise-to-pay adherence, productivity, and service-level agreements.
6. Coordinating with clients, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
7. Coaching team members, reviewing call quality, and driving improvements in collection efficiency.
8. Identifying process gaps and implementing measures to improve cash flow and reduce overdue receivables.

Requirements

1. 7+ years of experience in credit control, B2B collections, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash operations.
2. Proven experience in voice-based collections, preferably involving corporate or commercial customer accounts.
3. Prior experience leading a team,



monitoring performance, and achieving collection targets.
4. Strong understanding of aged debt recovery, dispute management, payment negotiations, and promise-to-pay tracking.
5. Experience working with collection KPIs, DSO, SLA adherence, and productivity metrics.
6. Excellent verbal communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills.
7. A graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
