About the Role

Lead Adwants’ video capability end-to-end, from concept to final delivery. Own creative direction and production quality for brand films, TVCs, reels, explainers, and motion content while building and mentoring the video team.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive creative excellence across all video formats
- Use AI tools extensively for ideation, storyboarding, editing, motion, and post
- Manage production quality, timelines, and external partners
- Mentor the video team and raise craft standards
- Collaborate with strategy, art, and copy teams

What We’re Looking For

- 6–10+ years in video creative/production (agency preferred)
- Robust portfolio of brand films, TVCs, and digital video
- Very comfortable and hands-on with AI tools
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Based in / willing to work from Chennai
