- At least five years' production line experience in a Robotic Welding (ABB, Moto-Man)

- Experience in a supervisory role preferred

- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards

- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations

- Manufacturing expertise

- Interpersonal communication

- Leadership
- Ability to facilitate communication between managers, supervisors and production team members

- Knowledge of Welding Robot is a must.

- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP systems is a must.

- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes and techniques
