We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to supervise outlet operations, manage team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations.
- Allocate duties and monitor team members' performance.
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product quality, display, hygiene, and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, wastage, and inventory records.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, bakery, or food and beverage operations is preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
