Position Overview The Team lead– US Tax is responsible to prepare and manage end-to-end tax returns. This role requires strong technical tax and accounting skills, proficiency in CCH, Ultra tax and QuickBooks, and the ability to work independently while supporting process improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities





· Candidate would be preparing Business tax returns (1065, 1120S, 1099, 990 and SALT tax returns) and related workpapers

· Candidates will be working on tax & Accounting software like CCH, Ultra tax and QBO on daily basis

· Candidate would prepare complex Business Tax returns as well

- Monitor progress of engagements and ensure adherence to deadlines and client expectations.

· Candidate would show Solid organization skills, able to manage various returns simultaneously and independently manage projects from beginning to delivery
- Candidate shall Ensure proper documentation as per firm methodology and auditing standards.

Education, Skills & Experience

- B.COM/M.COM/ CA inter/EA
- 5 to 9 years
- Strong Knowledge on US Tax laws

· Experience in review of business tax returns (1065, 1120S, 1099, 990 and SALT tax returns) and related workpapers

- Knowledge of CCH and QuickBooks software are MUST . Ultra tax would be an added advantage
- Comfortable with US shift. (03:30PM-12.30AM)

· Organized with an ability to multi-task and can manage time appropriately.

· Strong technical and interpersonal skills

· Should have good English communication skills - Verbal and written
