Job Title: Team Lead – Medical Billing (AR, Eligibility, Credentialing & Authorization)

Location: Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: Work from Office only

Experience: Relevant medical billing experience with up to 5 years of Team Lead experience

Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Autism Center of Excellence LLC is looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage medical billing operations across AR, insurance eligibility verification, provider credentialing, and authorization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in these processes, team leadership skills, strong Excel and reporting capabilities, and the ability to communicate confidently with US insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage team members across AR, eligibility, credentialing, and authorization.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, pending cases, and turnaround times.
- Review Excel trackers, reports, and team performance.
- Coordinate with US insurance providers and internal stakeholders.




- Handle escalations and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Train and guide team members to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Share regular performance reports with management.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in US medical billing operations across AR, eligibility, credentialing, and authorization.
- Previous team-handling or Team Lead experience, with up to 5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are mandatory.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with US insurance providers and healthcare teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
