Role Description The Team Lead (Edtech) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The team lead will oversee a group of counselors and education advisors, ensuring high-quality guidance and support for working professionals seeking appropriate courses, certifications, and skill-building programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing team performance, setting targets, monitoring service quality, and refining processes to improve learner outcomes.

The role involves collaborating with academic partners and internal stakeholders,



analyzing learner feedback and data, and designing or optimizing counseling frameworks and workflows. The team lead will also be responsible for mentoring team members, resolving escalated issues, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance Shiksolve Education’s offerings.

Qualifications

- Experience leading teams in edtech, education counseling, career services, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Background in academic advising, career counseling, or learning and development, with the ability to match learner goals to suitable educational programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to handle escalations and maintain service quality.
- Analytical and organizational skills to track performance metrics, interpret user feedback, and improve processes and workflows.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, management, psychology, human resources, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in counseling or edtech is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, online course ecosystems, and current trends in professional upskilling and reskilling.
