Role: Team Lead – AI Training & Data Annotation

Role Overview

We’re looking for experienced Team Leads to manage annotation teams, maintain quality and productivity, and ensure timely delivery of AI training data.

What You’ll Do

- Manage annotation tasks from start to delivery.
- Guide team members and simplify project guidelines.
- Set daily targets and monitor productivity and quality.
- Coach team members and address performance gaps.
- Coordinate with QA and project teams to resolve issues.
- Report progress, risks, and blockers to the Project Lead.

Key Requirements

- 4–6 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience.




- Experience managing teams against quality and productivity targets.
- Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience in data annotation, data labeling, or AI training projects is preferred.

Work Commitment

- Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
- Remote contractor engagement.
