? Position: Team Lead – Ground Operations (Delhi NCR) Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 1–2 Years in Shift/Store Leadership, Logistics, or Delivery Fleet Supervision

Key Responsibilities * Shift Execution: Lead daily dark store shifts, order picking efficiency,



and dispatch flow.

- Team Supervision: Guide store executives and delivery partners to ensure high productivity and error-free fulfillment.
- Problem Solving: Act as the first point of escalation for delivery exceptions, customer issues, or system delays.
