Role Description This is a full time, on-site Team Lead role based in Mumbai.

The Team

Lead will oversee daily operations for a functional team, including planning workloads, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance against service level commitments. The role involves guiding team members, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring adherence to processes, quality standards, and internal controls.

Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include reporting key metrics, supporting training and onboarding,



and escalating risks or bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Qualifications

- Strong people leadership and team management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in business operations or shared services environments (e.g., finance, accounting, HR, IT, or enterprise applications) with the ability to manage cross-functional workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external clients as needed.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort working with data, metrics, and process documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in common business productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms); familiarity with ERP or business applications is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role, ideally within a professional services or outsourcing/shared services organization.
