Eliite Lane, a premier interior design firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team Coordinator to streamline our daily operations. In this role, you will keep our design projects moving smoothly by managing internal communication, organizing schedules, tracking design milestones, and acting as the primary liaison between our design talent and external vendors.

- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, track delivery deadlines for materials/furnishings, monitor service quality, and handle initial invoice processing or contract documentation.

- Task and Workflow Tracking: Monitor daily design deadlines, track project milestones, and ensure procurement and installations move forward without delay.

- Communication and Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for internal updates, share project information, and relay messages between designers, clients, and contractors.

- Meeting and Schedule Management: Arrange site visits and client meetings, set up design calendars, book required travel or resources, and record meeting minutes or action items.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
