Shift: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience
- Experience supporting North America-based stakeholders
- Deep expertise in IT Procurement and Category Management
- Strong experience in Software, SaaS, Enterprise Hardware, Telecom, and Datacenter sourcing
- Expertise in Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Solid contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation experience
- Experience leading high-complexity sourcing projects
- SAP Ariba experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent
- CPSM/C.P.M certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary Procurement POC for sourcing and contracting projects across IT and indirect spend categories
- Independently manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract activities including sourcing, negotiations, contracting, approvals, execution, and supplier onboarding
- Lead RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluations, commercial assessments, and supplier selection
- Manage contract lifecycle activities including review, negotiation, execution, renewals, amendments,



and terminations
- Draft and negotiate NDAs, MNDAs, MSAs, SOWs, Software License Agreements, SaaS Agreements, PSAs, Order Forms, Amendments, and Renewal Agreements
- Lead commercial negotiations focused on cost savings, cost avoidance, pricing protections, payment terms, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business stakeholders
- Support GDPR, DPA, ISA, TPRM, and other compliance requirements
- Utilize market intelligence, supplier benchmarks, and industry trends to drive sourcing strategies
- Track and report procurement savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives
- Manage sourcing and contracting processes within SAP Ariba
- Drive supplier lifecycle management, governance, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
