Role Description The Talent Sourcing Executive role is a full-time remote position focused on identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various internal and client-facing roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing profiles through online platforms, networks, and databases, screening resumes against role requirements, and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.
