What You’ll Do:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete full-cycle internal hiring process, from taking initial role briefings to making the final offer.

- Strategic Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines utilizing job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and proactive market mapping to attract the best candidates in the industry.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional experience for all applicants, acting as a strong brand ambassador for IMS Group.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with hiring managers across departments to understand their specific team needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.

- Data & Operations: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS),



track recruitment metrics, and generate reports on hiring progress.

Who You Are:

- Experienced: You bring proven experience in internal recruitment or agency staffing with a strong track record of closing roles efficiently.

- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Excel, and modern sourcing techniques.

- Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing candidates and managing internal stakeholders.

- Problem Solver: You adapt quickly to changing priorities and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to recruitment bottlenecks.
