Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Client Success, from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding.

- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.

- Screening & Evaluation: Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the role.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define role expectations, and align recruitment strategies with hiring needs.

- Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules, coordinate with candidates and interviewers, and ensure timely feedback throughout the hiring process.

- Offer Management: Handle compensation discussions, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups to drive offer acceptance.





- Recruitment Tracking: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, candidate records, and recruitment reports.

What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years of hands-on Non-IT recruitment experience, primarily hiring for Sales, Operations, Marketing, or Client Success roles.

- Strong experience in B2B, sales, and other business-function hiring, with a transparent understanding of the relevant talent market.

- Proven ability to source, assess, and close candidates across different experience levels.

- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, along with other sourcing tools.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize hiring requirements, and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
