? What We’re Looking For

6-10 years of relevant staffing experience with demonstrated solid career accomplishments

Must have proven experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process: source, screen, assess, negotiate and close.

Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies/approaches used to identify talent.





Stakeholder Management / Business Engagement – Ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders, understand requirements, influence stakeholders, and manage expectations.

AI Knowledge – Understanding and practical exposure to AI tools/use cases in recruitment, including how AI can improve sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, or recruitment efficiency.
