Talent Acquisition Specialist – Domestic Hiring

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter with 2–6 years of experience in domestic recruitment and internal hiring , preferably for U.S. IT Staffing companies.

The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and successfully closing positions through LinkedIn .

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment for internal positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and direct outreach to identify suitable candidates.
- Hire internal employees such as U.S. IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, HR Executives, Immigration Specialists, and Accounts Executives.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and daily hiring reports.
- Build a strong professional network within the U.S. Staffing industry.

Required Skills:

- 2–6 years of experience in domestic recruitment or internal talent acquisition.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing and hiring.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and headhunting.
- Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple hiring requirements.
- Experience recruiting for U.S. Staffing companies is preferred.

Qualification: MBA HR / BBA / Any relevant graduation. Mandatory: Proven experience in sourcing and successfully hiring candidates through LinkedIn.
