Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. The candidate must be capable of understanding hiring requirements, sourcing quality candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per recruitment targets and business needs.
- Negotiate salary packages, discuss offers, and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and daily hiring reports.




- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract quality talent.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment team members, if required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Strong decision-making, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets effectively.
- Leadership and team management skills will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and multi-department recruitment will be preferred.
- Must be confident in communicating with candidates, senior management, and department heads in fluent English.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
