Attract and hire exceptional talent for our Go-To-Market & Operations teams in both North Macedonia and Pristina, while ensuring a thoughtful, consistent, and engaging hiring process from end to end, The Role

This is a 9-month maternity cover role based in North Macedonia

As we continue to invest in our core business teams across both MK & Prishtina, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across functions like Customer Experience, Sales and support teams for our shop partners, The Team The Talent Acquisition team at Slice is data driven, high performing, passionate about our mission and empowered to make decisions and take ownership

We are truly viewed as partners throughout the business and this role will report into our Talent Acquisition Manager, The Winning Recipe

2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house role;

experience with US based companies is a plus,



Effective and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities

Proficient with GSuite and ideally an ATS (we use Greenhouse)

Demonstrable experience in building relationships with candidates & hiring managers

Team player who is not afraid to try new things, give feedback and strive for the best results

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new processes The Hiring Process
