Senior Manager/ Manager Talent Acquisition

Job Profile

- Will be leading talent acquisition centrally across regions, especially for middle-level and senior-level positions
- Stakeholder management – HODs/ Sr. Management across functions
- Will also be involved in Campus hiring across functions.
- Working on positions based on manpower budgets

Desired Profile

- Must have strong exposure to recruitment / TA for middle and senior level positions.
- Should have experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Preferably from a core industry or someone who has worked on support/ centralised positions other than store-level hiring (if the candidate is from the retail industry)
- Solid communication skills
