Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Internship Duration: 6 Months (performance based full-time conversion)

Role Overview

As an HR Intern at Rupeek,



you will be working closely with the recruitment team to assist in hiring.

This internship will give you the chance to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals, conduct initial screening, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Co-ordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth onboarding.

Employee Engagement

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs,

celebrations, and wellness initiatives.

Assist in collecting employee feedback through surveys or discussions and track engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent employee experience and participation.
